Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen carrier delays

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $35.00 (Canada-wide)
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier service

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout where available.

Age Verification (19+)

In accordance with Canadian laws, all orders require age verification upon delivery.

  • You must be 19 years of age or older
  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at delivery

Orders cannot be released without proper identification.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update
  • You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment status

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your tracking information first
  • If the issue persists, contact us with your name and order number

In-Store Pickup
